Privacy ======= What is stored -------------- * the name you registered, the address given with it, and the records you publish; * a console account: user name, e-mail address, a password hash (never the password itself); * what is needed to run the service: audit log entries, rate limit counters, chat and ticket messages, market or shop entries you create yourself; * the IP address that used the API or the update address, and its last use. What is shown in public ----------------------- * WHOIS answers with the name, its status, the registrar of the suffix, the record values and the dates. Names and e-mail addresses of holders are NOT published. * The public list of names masks the addresses; the market shows only what a seller chooses to publish and never the contact address of a buyer. What is not done ---------------- * no advertising, no tracking scripts, no analytics, no JavaScript at all; * no selling or sharing of data with third parties; the only outside services are the DNS providers that publish records (Cloudflare, DNSHE) and the mail server that sends notices. Your control ------------ * you can export your records, tickets, chat and market entries at any time; * deleting a name removes its records from the provider; deleting the account removes the account data and leaves the names suspended; * questions or requests about your data: use the chat page or the abuse address in the footer.
